Pros

Stretches your personal and professional beliefs and limitations. Many opportunities for advancement and global relocation. Superior, and often, opportunity for in-house training and educational classes. Diverse organization

Cons

Can become just another number. Within BP, what seems as "average" capabilities would equal a rock-star status in other companies. Very siloed with people protecting their turf. Don't practice what they preach.

Pros

It’s a great multinational experience; I loved working with people from all around the world. It’s also a company who knows how to create long time fidelity, I met lot of employees working there for a long time, and I spent myself more than a decade in BP.

Cons

The group has lots of procedures and offer lots of opportunities, but at country level many of them are not properly implemented and enforced. It’s a lot of room for improvisation and shortcuts. That’s unfortunate.
