Pros

mutli-national network of professionals; many opportunities to develop your skills; many opportunities for new roles within the company, especially when based in one of the major hub locations such as London or Houston.

Cons

If you're not based in London or Houston, the opportunities are much smaller, especially if you are in supporting functions such as IT.

Overall a good company

Pros

Beginning to offer flexible work arrangement schedules to be more competitive with other companies. The pay is good, they offer a pension and the 401K match is 7%, which is better than most.

Cons

With a company of this size, it can be very easy to plateau as upward mobility is difficult given the relatively flat organization.
