Pros

At my location I have been very supported and have been given opportunities to do the type of work I enjoy.

Cons

There are challenges in how to get the work done. The company is working hard to improve so there are growing pains of that right now.

Pros

Great coworkers for the most part. Training is thorough, although it depends on your competency. Annual bonus is decent, though.

Cons

Nepotism driven environment. Management is lacking in experience and people skills. Fear driven environment. "Open Talk" is promoted, but not followed up on. Pay is not the highest, but not the worst. Controllers are looked down upon as the "bottom feeders" even though without them, BP in Tulsa would not exist.
