Pros

Great benefits, great learning experience, great opportunities to work globally, mostly good work-life balance, good emphasis on health and safety

Cons

Some managers climb the ladder just from working their for a long time, and they are bad bosses. BP won't do anything about it, but just give them more "managerial" training.

Pros

Organization believes in development of people. Good working culture that believes equal job opportunity should be given regardless race, gender, religion or sexual orientation, etc. Flexible working hours that promotes work life balance. Alot support group to help hires to familiar their working environment

Cons

Limited opportunities for promotion due to flattening of corporate structure. In massive reorganization mode, many jobs were made redundant that has caused the dampen of team morale
