Business Outlook
Pros
Great place to work. Competent management and motivated co-workers. Company really cared about employees well being and there was great opportunity for professional growth and development. The Carson plant had a lot of great people and strong culture left over from the ARCO days.
Cons
BP seemed to go a little overboard on all the feel good sometimes. Would have liked to see a little more focus on results and performance. And, of course, the spill in the Gulf was challenging.
