Pros

Flexible working hours (dependent on manager), extra week of annual leave, training and development. Strong corporate brand with global opportunities available mostly at senior levels.

Cons

Favours those who can manage up. Very slow to get things moving with multiple layers of decision makers and red tape. A lot of yes men and women who stifle change and innovation. HR are powerless to address workplace psychopaths. The values are not reflected across the business, particularly from senior management that have been at BP too long.
