Pros

Salary, a lot of room fro growth in the company. Good benefits, and competent management. Company hires from within most of the time.

Cons

Company tends to overlook the details, but this is coming from a person who likes details. I think employee appreciation could be a little higher. There should be more company outings to familiarize staff with each other

Pros

You need to be totally proactive with your career development. The company is so huge that you get lost and fall to the bottom. Make sure that your work is visible to someone in upper middle managment and higher. Very laid by environment.

Cons

There are quite a few "lifers" there with no ambition. If you are aggressive and want to move up quickly, this place may not be for your.
