Pros

Under Sally Bott's reign, BP's management style was aggressive and fear based. Now that she has gone, the HR teams have begun to work with a more open, trusting and engaging mindset.

Cons

Large, unwieldly. Many processes; process heavy.

Cons

Some times are can be too much talking and not enough doing. Guidelines are not clear and meanders around without getting to the point.
