Pros

Every other friday off Free lunch Great colleagues Nice management The Share scheme and pension plan Emphasis on work life balance Being able to take time off whenever you want as long as you get the work done. Really friendly people who will take the time to help and support you when you need it. A large organisation means that you'll always find someone who has good advice on the work that you're doing.

Cons

Bureaucracy (they are working on this but we'll see if it works out) Over analysis of issues instead of just going and doing it!

Pros

It's big! It is a massive business, there are many different places to go, and the opportunities are very diverse. If you can stay there a long time, the pension is excellent..

Cons

Poor rewards for performance, huge pressure to cut costs is removing promotion prospects, and lower-than-average pay compared to industry peers.
