Small company, generally not hard to get in touch with HR person and leadership, but on the rare occasions they get swamped it can take a long time for someone to get back to you. Ownership tries hard to be invested in contract success, but outcomes appear to be dependent on if they are the prime or the sub. Standard set of benefits, costs and choices are pretty reasonable for what they are.

cFocus is an amazing company to work for, not only do they provided high-quality benefits but their salaries for the company are highly competitive. The main reason why I adore cFocus is that they do not focus on the black and white, aka resume, but on the individual as well. They are one of the few companies that will take a chance on an individual even if they do not meet all the requirements for a job, e.g years of experience, education, or certification. I have been blessed to be one of those individuals that cFocus has supported and nurtured professionally over the past two years. I can say without a doubt I would not be the Network Engineer that I am today without cFocus. Bottom line, cFocus is a great company, great management, and awesome human beings.
