The company culture is dictated by a group of old friends who believe no one else has the ability to bring value to the company except for few of them. Great products, exciting market, horrible management. CEO has no clue on how to grow the company.

Cons

The management. I've never seen anything like this. Extremely high turn over rate (specifically in the clinical research department, the others are fine), which creates a very tense and stressful work environment.
