Pros

Learned and met a lot of people. A very rewarding job if your goal is to serve people

Cons

Quite dynamic. Halfway through, a lot of the usual set-up systems were changing and takes getting used to.

Pros

- easy job (all you have to do is interact/provide companionship to geriatric clients in the US) - job stacking (you can apply for multiple positions with a pay raise of $0.5 for each role/position) - remote work - team is very helpful and friendly, close knit culture - lenient when it comes to time off requests

Cons

- no work no pay - timer tracking
