Pros

Senior management seems to be helpful unlike those who are in directly in contact with candidates.

Cons

Don't follow company rules. Industry asks for drug screen but they don't do it. Secondly, recruiters don't answer your questions in a decent language. Contractors are supposed to have paid sick time (Federal Rule) but cyberThink denies of it. Not recommendable.
