Pros

Cool and Robust products; the automotive industry is interesting, and the architecture and documentation are really good

Cons

Working in UK teams sucks, good only for about 1–2 years, and should move on. lack of processes and projects.

Pros

It's a lovely small company to work in. Pay is good, workload is moderate, colleagues are friendly.

Cons

Less chance to get promoted since the company is fairly small. There's not many levels above you even if you are in an entry-level position.
