      Pros

      Small, tight-knit community - everyone is friendly and helpful. Family Friendly. The work is just 'cool'. Lots of exposure to the industry and big companies. Desirable job for your resume.

      Small company = smaller salary Health insurance = not great Strict comp time policy

      dSPACE is medium sized company with a friendly feel. The products and services are robust and the people are kind. I would recommend working here if asked.
