There is SOO MANY CONS! This company does not value any of their employees, all the upper management cares about is money and moving up the chain! They are GREEDY! They rather give a store (SM) to someone who doesn’t know the company and coming from outside, then give a store to someone who knows the company and who has been loyal to the company! Then they CUT CUT CUT peoples hours . Even full-time, which full time only gets 37.50 so they cut it to 32-35 hours! You can’t pay bills living off 35 hours! They ALWAYS ONLY HAVE 1 CASHIER, ALWAYS! Even on the busiest days, which is the weekend. So you end up doing 6 peoples jobs. Or being stuck on the register. Because they are too cheap to give payroll, but upset because other stuff can’t get done. They give you ALOT of merchandise but NO PAYROLL! OMG, I’m so sick of hearing there is NO PAYROLL! But yet they want the stock room empty and the sales floor merchandised and projects done! And when you call HR about these concerns, they don’t give a crap! It’s always so HOTT. There is LITTLE to no AC! They also get onto the wrong people. You have employees coming into work not in dress code, and not wearing proper shoes. Employees on the phone, employees not actually working. But want to write up a good employee who is loyal, and bust their butt working, because they didn’t take a lunch (they were working)?! The training is horrible. No one knows nothing, they get upset and ask questions at an employee (who’s not a SM) “why isn’t this getting done, or why isn’t this done properly, or why aren’t you showing your new boss how to do their job!” You’ll chose this person for you’ll store . You had someone who was perfectly qualified! But you expect someone (who wanted a store) to train your SM. They also don’t care about your safety, if you have a person in your store with a weapon, and cops come. They don’t care about what law enforcement says, they want their business open. They don’t ask if everyone is okay! They don’t see you as human beings! They think you’re a robot. And expect the impossible!

You have to process the transactions quickly else the store transaction time would increase and the store doesn't want that. I couldn't keep up with it so I was basically told if I could not keep up, they would have to fire me. I wrote a resignation letter instead.
