Nice engineering team. Nice projects. Nice financial benefits. Profit sharing. 37.5h work week.

Cons

you get your 4th week of vacation after 10 years no matter if you have 20+ years of experience. Benefits to Engineering department limited because the company has a production in the same building. Thus all privileges usually available in high-tech company are completely inexistent. Pseudo-Flex time: 9:00 to 15:30 is mandatory in office. No possibility to work remote although the position easily allows it. Managers are expected to do more but no rewards in return. Must make 75 hours per pay period minimum. If less, then you get a visit, if more: thank you! No coaching and bad behavior is not disciplined.
