Free parking and accruable flexi time. Friendly colleagues in team, interesting to see full process from order to build and delivery in one building.

Cons

- Wealthy company but mean with shows of appreciation for staff (2 low budget parties a year - staff pay for the Christmas party themselves, company meeting staff are provided with a drink voucher.) - Negative attitude towards employees - employees viewed as disposable, no training offered, no encouragement towards progression - Management not using their staff intelligently - do not utilise skills or experience - Tired, drab building with a depressing and poorly lit interior - Employee base consists largely of local people and their families - rife with nepotism

The company Asia Pacific region is very strong in door-hardware business, the brand name is very good in China & Southeast Asia

Cons

For other products except door-hardware, the situation is not very good due to various reasons in Asia. And the way the top management manage people is very Asian style, even though it is a Europan company
