If Trade Counters offered any formal training to its staff then maybe it would be a normal company to work for. Management need on-going equality and diversity training to implement effectively.

Cons

Dorma is one of the best companies to experience institutional racism. The code of conduct absolute rubbish. Management are so racist it's become the norm working there. They like to share their views but tell staff to deny it when complaints are made. HR department are absolutely useless. They only write down what they feel is necessary.
