good coworkers nice environment flexible schedules philanthropic activities

Cons

insurance benefits are minimal and expensive there's been a lot of turnover leadership does not make decision no one knows who is in charge and everything is handled on a "case by case" basis (aka ask before you do anything) CONSTANT poorly planned changes are not well communicated it's difficult to advance because promotions are just for buddies
