The company seems to truly care about the well being of its employees. Benefits are unreal.

Cons

Tiring job, really hard to hold the moral that was there before going to working from home. Hard to keep people so it’s understaffed.

It is a dressed up call center , have to make a lot of calls a day which can be draining . Wish it was part time.
