Pros

Hiring is picky for a great reason - we have an amazing culture among coworkers that was welcoming and caring. In a world where people now job hop, dotloop can very easily be a place to stay. Management cares about growth in current roles and the future. Recent office renovation creates efficient space to work. Work hard and get noticed. Great benefits - thanks Zillow!

Cons

Can't think of too much... agents can be tough but that's our job to help!

Thank you for this review. It is great to hear about the many "pros" you are experiencing at dotloop & Zillow Group! As for your advice to management, consider your tuition reimbursement suggestion duly noted. While our benefits are already quite good (as you mentioned above), we are constantly looking for ways to improve. So thank you for sharing! Austin, Founder & GM

Thanks for this review. It's great to hear that you enjoyed our team, atmosphere and culture. As for the training / career development topic, I'm proud of the many things we've done over the past 12 months to enhance our training and career development programs. Some examples include: introduced a new & improved employee on-boarding curriculum, started lunch & learn sessions hosted by various teams throughout dotloop and ZG, added manager training on career development, and the People team launched a more robust job leveling / career development program company-wide. However, I agree that there's always room for improvement. Therefore, we will continue to invest in both training and career development as top priorities to support the continued growth of our employees.

Pros

Management always listening and open to new ideas/processes from lower level employees. An amazing culture with open communication and collaboration across departments.

Cons

Currently the office in Cincinnati is under construction a bit of headache but well worth it. The new space will allow us to continue growing

Thank you for this review. I am really glad that you are enjoying our transparent culture, and I agree that our Cincinnati office expansion can't happen soon enough! On the topic of working from home, we've considered (and tested) it many times in the past to discover many advantages of a high performing office culture that can't be replaced. So instead of promoting "work from home" as a regular practice, our strategy has been to make dotloop the best possible place that you can work while ensuring that Loopers maintain a healthy work/life balance... which encompasses time at home. If you have additional suggestions that we haven't considered, please contact Andreas or I directly. Austin, Founder & GM
