Pros

A clear onboarding plan was provided, which made it much easier to settle in and understand how everything fits together. I’ve also had great support from my manager and immediate team, especially when delivering and presenting my first project. That support made a big difference, and I’ve appreciated the positive feedback I’ve received throughout. It’s also been easy to access conversations with senior leaders, which has helped me feel connected to the wider business.

Cons

One area that could be improved is making it easier to find materials about previous company projects and performance, as that would help new starters build a better understanding of the business more quickly.

Pros

The people at dunnhumby have been incredibly welcoming, making the transition into my first professional role far less daunting than I expected. Although dunnhumby is a large organization, the structured onboarding process, with clear milestones, informative training courses, and seminars, helped me get up to speed quickly and develop a strong understanding of the business and the work we do.

Cons

The compensation is less than similar roles in the market.
