Pros

Truly a company that cares about employees - not just to their face, but behind doors as well. Motivated and talented work force. The data at our disposal provides so much potenial for groundbreaking and interesting work.

Cons

Going throught transitions typical of fast groing companies. For some people who have been here awhile this is difficult. There is a lot of unnessary conflict between Client facing and operational groups - They need some help getting on the same page.

Pros

On the surface dunnhumby has some great ideas, has found a great niche in the market and should be a great place to work. A great social scene and a huge network of tremendously talented people (who are frankly wasted - in at least two senses of the word).

Cons

Ultimately, dunnhumby's processes haven't kept up with its growth - these guys are great at selling a creative-sounding job at interview but don't be surprised if when you join you end up doing mind-numbing manual processes to keep the place going, stemming from chronic underinvestment in the internals of the organisation in the last ten years. The leadership team will doubtless be swanning round the world tweeting away about their latest ideas - but the reality is they haven't made a single real step forward since the glory days of the early years with Tesco.

Pros

If you are a grad and make your way into the company it is a great launching pad into larger better paid job. If you happy and comfortable in a highly political environment then this organisation will suit you.

Cons

Senior managers are so far away from the mid level management that they have chosen to manage through objectives which feels like you are being shoehorned into your role. Is turning into a mini Tesco ... large corporate feel, you are more a number than an employee Massive Senior management egos who are quite happy to tell junior members that they aren't strategic enough or that they may be a train wreck
