      - People are great. Everyone is very friendly and management cares about overall satisfaction - Company is very open, especially for a startup. You get an in-depth look into how a startup operates and everything required to build a successful company - Great mentorship opportunities. dv01 has a number of very talented engineers that are more than happy to provide training or help in technical topics. You'll really grow as an engineer at dv01 - Work is challenging and rewarding
