My time with e-Zest Technologies, though 2 years ago, still feels like a nightmare I can’t shake off. I was deployed to Delhi with a promise of 15 days' accommodation, but what followed was a deeply disturbing experience — especially as a female employee. The first accommodation provided was in a high-risk area, absolutely unsafe for a woman alone. No proper assessment was done, and I fell severely sick on the very first day with zero support from the company. The worst part? I was told to shift to another hotel that didn't even exist. That night, I was left alone on the streets of Delhi, with all my baggage, trying to find a place that wasn’t even there. The only response I received from the company was a call from a junior HR — no real assistance, no care. I now regret not raising my voice then, but today, I feel the need to speak up. No one — especially women — should be put in such unsafe and uncaring conditions in the name of work. This experience with e-Zest still affects my peace of mind. Please consider this a sincere cautionary note for those considering this company.
