Pros
The work environment is really good: it has all the positive traits of a typical American company (for instance: management is approachable, atmosphere is relaxed and benefits are really good), without the 'cultural extremism' that some US companies impose on their employees (for instance in terms of having to believe that their product is changing the world).
Cons
Things move really slowly: if something needs to change, you might have the support of the management, but you still need to go through an endless chain of approvals from upper management.
