      It's a pretty good place for contractors. Contracts are renewed every 3 months.

      Cons

      As a contractor, not in the loop on decisions.

      Pros

      great mission, great value system. The people at eBay are uniformly great (yes there are the odd exceptions), but the caliber of the average eBayer is far above average. People want to do the right thing. The Whitman campus cafeteria serves organic food. The other campus has a fantastic cafeteria serving asian food.

      Cons

      Its a complex business and it isn't always easiest to get things done. There is too much bureaucracy and too much interference from corporate.
