      Pros

      Good work life balance. If your priority is to grow and contribute to a lot of projects, you can, and you can get recognized. If your priority is to get money and go home...also possible as well.

      Cons

      Due to WFH and pandemic, work has become pretty impersonal, and it's easy to overwork.
