Pros
1) Good people with a strong will to help and solve issues together 2) I don't feel competitveness between employees 3) Nice salary and terms 4) Good CEO who drives the business with a smile and good customer focus while pushing slow and old fashioned management out of the company 5) ESPP 2 years look-back is awesome 6) Since Covid started, company works from home, and listens to their employee wishes 7) Feels like less predatory type of company relating the other big tech companies, employee seems to really be valueable to them 8) Excellent work-life balance, most of the time you don't feel such a significant pressure as Google or Microsoft
Cons
1) Terms are nice, but there are better terms in companies like Google, Microsoft 2) Can be a bit slow, due to some teams which gets development stuck when it comes to their responsibility 3) Can involve more up to date technologies (although Java and React aren't old)
