Pros

Remote working, ok salary and monthly remote add on

Cons

Very unpleasant call center atmosphere, supposed to be a role to manage your portfolio but nothing like that, salary can be wrongly paid out so you have to check and calculate all the time, payroll department everything else apart from reliable, if you show your manager you like them and you serve them they will be friends with you even private, if you asked questions and explain things aren’t ok how they work in a polite manner you are the bad one. Especially their are a couple of cultures very strongly represented which makes sure other cultures are less valuable, managers approach very often low level, lots of customer complaints literally unstoppable, best to stay away and look for a company who really cares and doesn’t pretend they do,

Pros

Many teams have reasonable working hours compared to other tech companies. Workload is generally manageable.

Cons

Much of the tech stack is old or fragmented, and engineering velocity can be slow. Modernization efforts take time.
