company development for future is bit uncertain

Reorgs - reorgs take place yearly - the current reorg has everyone reporting into the US - the management here in the US lack the expertise in local markets and it’s been apparent for months now but no one is doing anything about it - I’ve already seen 5 reorgs in 5 years. As well as this the US are travelling monthly to the UK which results in nothing accept a good dinner and social! Lack of innovation in product would suggest this is down to the fact the company has people who have been here for 10 years would suggest cutting these people first - every year in glint it’s highlighted the lack of career progression only the select few get promoted. The product hasn’t changed since 2005. So what have people done who have been at the company for 10 years? Re hires - too many rehires from eBay which everyone finds strange….
