Reactive and poor decision making

Pros

Good pay & benefits, location near campbell is nice, close to lots of restaurants in Pruneyard

Cons

Too many org changes means a lot of start, stop, restart, continue... doesn't make for good decision making, frustrating working in such an environment but not sure if it's the nature of the business. I think not... can't impact or implement change because have to keep starting over with a new manager or roadmap every 3-4 months.

Pros

Compensation is fair compared to the number of hours you have to work. Good people.

Cons

Slow moving company. Lot's of indecision. Top down company with executive making tactical decisions. Cannot take risk.
