      Pros

      Good to spend time once you learn your process then there is nothing new to learn. Be good with managers else you will loose bonus

      Cons

      No pickup drop facilities male candidates are forced to work in night shift.. Complicated salary structure.. Even if you are working whole month in night shift they won't pay you night shift allowance for weekend saying you don't work on weekends. No value of employee's personal life no Indian festival leaves no goodies on diwali or any other festival. They don't care if you are leaving company unless you are too much important and will tell you on face that they will not make u stay

      Salary...which is somewhat gud enoug to survive, marketin student who are tired of their core sale profiles can work hea...big NO for Finance..bettr find another company...

      Copy paste kind of work that to wrkin with the hopeless management...improper work allocation bad management as well has practices.....poor incompetent managers...not meant for finance....the tagline financial analyst is just to lure the candiate towrds the company...its simply a data analyst job....bcz hea the managers feels as if they own the conpany..and we employees have no lf outside they try to make u stretch evn in night shft....believe me they expct frm u 12hr of workin hrs...
