Best work life balance, Casuals allowed, 5 days work, average age is around 25, 9 hour work policy Get a chance to work on projects from 1 month to more than 3 years Good exposure if you get to speak over phone to clients and Teams abroad. Good exposure to microsoft excel Decent recruitment process takes care that only smart and competent people join, so you enjoy working with these people!!

Cons

Too much competition to rise above the bar, Not that great pay for Analyst as far as I felt ( year 2013) Sometimes you might get a transactional project ( I personally din't like) They work in 3 shifts, although most of the shifts are Asia Pacific & Japan which is in morning
