Nice and flexible working environment and good colleagues. Easy work culture without being too pressurized.

Cons

HR policies need to be employee friendly. Managers should act like managers. back biting and politics. Absolute no career growth. Management least bothered about welfare of the employees.

1.Very Casual and open environment 2 NO formals 3.Helpful seniors as in TL and other collegue but managers are not that great 4.Less work pressure 5. Salary compared to industry is good 6. Growth is better 7. Encourage education 8.i have worked there in early stages of my life when i have no prior work experinece . After working in some other bigger brands i realized eclerx was the best
