Good environment friendly colleges .Nice manager atleast mine.Fun activities to get out of the stress mode ..Team outings ,Team building activities,Friendly HR.Many would say they are always with the higher management but i Had a good repo with them.Over all for beginners its a nice experience

Cons

Politics, female centered sometimes.Low salary ,Some of the Senior managers are biased ,try to maintain employees .Get in some new talented experienced managers just pay them a little high.
