1. All processes (Admin, IT Support, HR etc) are very systematic and organized 2. Job Roles are well defined 3. Appraisal Process is very good 4. Even the lowest level employee has visibility amongst senior management by processes like "Meet the Manager", "Talk to the Director" etc. 5. Serves as a very good launching pad for freshers
