1) Nice exposure to budding managers to interact with senior management of reputed banks 2) Autonomy to perform task as per his/her methods

Cons

1) Too much client oriented. Peoples are considered like machine without any feelings or reactions 2) Focus of senior management is vague. They are more reactive than proactive

eClerx is a great place to work and it offers ample opportunities to demonstrate your capability. it is but expected to do what you have been hired for but it is the value addition you bring to the table that decides on you moving up the ladder.
