      difficult to get any leave approved , even for sick leave , they want proof on same day . they have leave system as planned and unplanned . these type of leave how can a sick leave be planned leave , they say inform as early and send proof then we will approve it as planned leave or else it will go as unplanned and no amount will be paid for that day.
