Management says client pays us so whatever they say is right. Even if client is doing harrasment to any eclerx employee and that employee raises concern to management , they fire the employee. They only have 1 client in Bangalore and 1 in mumbai and vendor are needed to relocate as per location and if say no they then sack the employee. The HR does lots of fake commitment about location, payment and later then just say we didn't mentioned any such things.
