Pros

If you are working here, then the best thing you would see here is "Nothing". There are very good at making false promises and wrong commitments to their employees and clients too.

Cons

No HR process. No best practices. No coding standard. No management. No salary on time. No future vision. Money centric organization.

Pros

This is a place where if you want to grow internally, learn technology – then without a doubt this is the best place for that. There are awesome people, project and opportunities in edynamic. Quite a sizable number of people have been associated with the company for more than 4+ years which is in itself is a measure of employee satisfaction.

Cons

I won’t say any downsides. But people should not underutilize the opportunity that they get here.
