Pros

I worked for the CEO's office and it was one of my best experiences. Rahul gave me many opportunities to learn and groomed me to do a better job each day. Its a company where everyone is treated like an extended family. I miss working in edy till date because i loved what i was doing there. Its a company that follows an open door policy and gave immense opportunities to its employees.

Cons

it would be nice if they had covered parking and an improved breakfast menu.

No good work only internal projects....HR management is very unethical & unorganized....Most important you didn't get paid on time salary is always a issue (keep yours financial strong so that you can pay all your utilities)

Pros

Company and employees looks good from outside and have very few good leaders. Some policies seems to be good and appreciated by employees.

Cons

No appraisal structure and employees are wrongly communicated by Seniors. Seniors most of the time sounds confused. Management is only focusing on work but not on employees. Salary always come late. High attrition rate as all those who know the company well they tend to leave for their own good.
