The coworkers are really cool, fun loving and helpful people. eDynamic has the best work culture among all its competitors. Everyone here loves to work even in high work pressure. It is the best place to start your career since you can learn a lot of things here from your coworkers. Everyone here gets many opportunities in work that helps them to excel in their fields. If you are working hard and smart, you will definitely get appraised by the management and seniors.

Cons

Salary normalization among the employees is not there. But Company is working on this aspect also. So hope to overcome this con soon :)
