Best place for humanoids; Worst place for humans!

Pros

If you are ready to do the monotonous boring work that is assigned to you without any questions plus if you wont mind the frequent mocking and disrespect, then you will get nice hikes every year. And you get 2 days off for Pongal and Diwali each.

Cons

The culture of this company and the mindset of the sr people like CEO, CFO, AGM is that if I pay you, I own you. They pretend to show sensitivity but they dont. Basically in this company, there is a lot of bullying, zero-hierarchy, over domination by managers, etc. People start regretting their decision to join this company as early as 1 week. Worst place.

Does not impart any specialized training in IT-related subjects, but makes up for it by providing adequate exposure to latest technologies on-the-job

Pros

Good & Efficient CEO Good Product No work pressure

Cons

Micro management and Mismanagement by a senior person (Sre*******), he treats everyone like slaves (Other than people who say 'YES SIR'), this guy has few spies inside the office who does everything apart from work !! and they spoil whole office atmosphere, these people are unfit to work in a MNC. They even monitor when we go for breaks and how long we take breaks Good hikes are given only to the people who say "YES MASTER" Only leads and above are paid well There is no scope of training and development No additional benefits for employees No recreation activities Poor leave & HR policies Basically this is not an IT company., this is like a factory.
