Pros

They have you go through a full on training for medicare. It was fun and very educational. By the time you are done with training, you know enough to get on the phones. Managers were easy to work with. They did what they could to make it fun.

Cons

It is just a call center, but you get paid well for performance.

Pros

Great Benefits, you get what you put out! You make a great amount of money if you work hard

Cons

Becomes robotic after awhile. You get mentally drained and even if you hit goals management will want more from you.

Pros

The pay is fair and the training was pretty

Cons

Not sure where call leads came from so very stressful being pushed to make transfers knowing they would not lead to sale
