Pros

Pay is great and there are some great people in the company.

Cons

Micromangement is incredibly sufficating which makes it hard to be successful. Once they went remote their culture has suffered. Very limited comradery.

My hiring round had about 30 people in it and maybe 2 made it through the first few months. A tough phone sales job is all.

Cons

sometimes long hours mandatory overtime stress of working in sales environment being able to meet goals supervisors and schedule change periodically
