Pros

Great benefits and WFH perks, plus unlimited PTO (they technically call it DTO).

Cons

It was rather siloed, though they were working to remedy that. The last-touch attribution model wasn't beneficial for promoting an environment of helpfulness between departments that were doing the various types of marketing.

-Positive Culture -Offers Development for your goals -effective leadership -Sensational pay -intellectual challenge for growth -Longer term career eHealth strives to be the best in the industry and how they help their beneficiaries. This starts with their people (agents). eHealth recognizes how they have to support their agents and feel valued. The development that the management team wants to offer to everyone is phenomenal. if you want to feel supported and have a great work life balance this is a great job that is LIFE CHANGING.

Communication - but you can tell its being worked on.
