Pros

You can get licensure and appointments.

Cons

Those appointments will be held by eHealth for 12 months after you leave, i.e. you won't be able to sell with those carriers you're appointed with for that time. So plan to work in another field after you leave.

Pros

This company will do everything in its power to avoid paying you. They will inflate numbers on their compensation tiers, they will lie to you on Anaplan. They will do their very best to pay you as little as possible. This means not approving approved apps the same month. They steal a lot of money from their employees hard work.

Cons

Communication at this place is awful. Higher management does not care about producers at this company

Pros

Nothing really. There’s is not benefit worth the mental torture they give their agents.

Cons

Everything!!! The pay is not extremely all that. The pay structure seems like it is a plus but it’s actually not because you can make more else where. Management does not care about the employees just the numbers. This job makes you actually physically sick because the pressure is too much. You work in constant fear you’re going to be find. But yet they never help the agents struggling. Show favoritism. All the best agents have left, the best managers have left. Nothing but crumbs in the sand, that’s what this place is. Even the top of agents are not millionaires. Literally if you’re scheduled a 8 hour shift, you’re in there for 7hr 30mins and they want you to do everything in your 30 min lunch.
