      Pros

      Management is first class. Supervisors are there to help you succeed and there is a lot of potential for upward mobility.

      Cons

      The job itself can be very challenging and a grind a lot of the time. You have to understand the clientele you will be calling in this job, but if you put the work in, the reward can be huge.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and leadership. This is a company that is ambitious and going places. I'm glad I jumped on this rocket when I did.

      Cons

      Change is hard, but we are getting better as an organization at adapting. Hardly a con, but wanted to provide an honest review.

      Pros

      I really love working here, the company has been amazing through all the Covid changes making sure that the employees have been taken care of. It's hard work but I made more last year than I have in my whole career and that was with Covid happening. Management has made a lot of changes and it's all been for the benefit of the employees. I'm grateful for the opportunities, the culture on my team is great and I have a supportive supervisor. What more could I ask for.

      Cons

      i really don't have any cons, I miss being in the office with everyone.
